What Does All Of This Mean?
This war taught a lesson. It taught us that no human being is property. It might not even be right to have pets. Slaves should never be used for anything. If a worker is being paid, that worker is not a slave. If the worker is getting no pay, but doing it voluntarily, that worker is not a slave. A slave is a worker not getting paid and not doing something voluntarily. Why would we even have slaves in the first place? For free work, that’s why. So, if you do it yourself, is it free? Weird concept, but that’s for you to decide. Anyways, the moral of the Civil War could be said as multiple things. It could be, ‘fight for your cause until you win,’ or ‘don’t own slaves.’ Either one; but that is, again, for you to decide.
